PC Programming

We have been writing software for industrial and retail applications for over 40 years. We are well placed to produce what is needed to solve any problem or enhance any operation.

We have made systems for Stock Control, Display Systems, controlling and monitoring of Industrial Embedded Systems, Intercom Systems, Security Systems and multimedia. We use C, C++, Java, Delphi, Assembler and develop for Windows, Linux and Android. Here are some examples ...

HZDBase: Gas Alarm Base Station

This Base Station Software for BOC Australia receives and processes alarms from remote gas alarm panels. All events are logged to disk and must be acknowledged by an operator. Logged events can be viewed for any date range, time range etc.

HZD4045

This is a configuration utility for All Systems' HZD4045 gas alarm panel. All settings can be read from and written to a HZD4045 panel through a COM port.

Call Logger

This programme monitors data from a local intercom exchange. Call Logger displays and logs all call events to disk allowing them to be redisplayed by date, time and call type.

Multilog

This is a general purpose multi port serial data logging programme and is used to replace event printers for several Yokogawa clients and other sites. Received data is cleaned of special unwanted printer code. Then each event is classified, displayed and logged. Events can be retrieved by date, time and event type. User defined tables define how messages are cleaned, classified and displayed. See Multilog for screen shots.

Signalex

This is a configuration for All Systems' Signalex display controller. All settings can be read from and written to the controller through a COM port.

Line Analyser

Line Analyse is an intuitive multi-port RS232 data capture, analysis & simulation utility for PC. See Line Analyse for more information.

LoopSpy

This is a DOS applications for the interrogation of the fluid level sensors as used in Caltex Australia's tank farm. The programme scans for any sensors on the current loop, then continually displays the values reported. This is used for sensor and wiring testing.

Ancient History

Pi Micros have also written several other DOS applications including a Alarm Panel Base Station, the original Multilog (still running at Caltex Australia), a Display Controller (still running at several horse race tracks), the Report Generator for a Flight Information Display System (for Digital Images International) and various other programmes.
